Residence Linens has arrangements in place with many schools and residences to have products delivered directly to your school before you arrive.
Schools will have your order delivered to your residence room, or provide it to you when you pick up your room key.

Yes, Residence Linens can deliver to many off campus residences. If you do not see your residence on the list, just contact us at customerservice@residencelinens.com and we would be happy to make arrangements for delivery.
Yes, not a problem. You can place your order as long as you know your bed size for the room you will be in. Please contact us with the information once you receive it, or we can also contact the school prior to delivery to confirm your room number.
All items must be ordered online through our website. This helps us remain efficient and offer the most customer-friendly experience.

To request an order cancellation or return, please email us at customerservice@residencelinens.com.
- Order not yet shipped: we will refund the purchase price to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Order is in transit, or if you have already received your order: we can work with you to have the order returned to us. Responsibility for the return shipping and any other associated costs will be the purchaser. Only products which have been unopened and unused will be eligible for a refund. If everything checks out, the purchase price will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

If you encounter a declined payment, double check that you have entered in all your information correctly. In most cases, it is usually just one number out of place. Still experiencing issues? Please contact your credit card company to determine why your payment was declined.
Yes, all orders will be charged a 5% GST Federal Sales Tax. Plus, every province has it’s own Sales Tax, which will also be added on to your purchase.
A discounted flat-rate charge of $20 (ON, QC) and $35 (All Other Provinces) is added to all orders. We have discounted the shipping rate to help keep costs lower.
To keep costs down, we have already pre-bundled our items into 2 bundle options:

Individual items can only be added on to a bundle order. You can add:
- 1 more sheet set
- 1 more towel set
- 10 extra hangers
- 1 kitchen kit
We recommend washing your bed sheets and duvet cover prior to first use if you want the best experience, however it is not mandatory.
Refer to the laundry instructions on all items. Most are machine wash and dryable. We recommend cold or warm water washing and a low dryer setting. To avoid the most wrinkles, remake bed immediately after removing from the dryer. Sheet sets and covers can be ironed or steamed on a low setting.
While all cotton products can shrink, most of our items have been pre-washed during the manufacturing process, limiting shrinkage to 2-3% (if any), as long as all washing instructions have been followed.
To help keep your linens staying in their best condition, we recommend following all packaging instructions. As well:
- Wash separately from other items
- Avoid high heat
- Use mild detergents
- Avoid brighteners and bleach
- Store in a cool, dry environment
