Yes, Residence Linens can deliver to many off campus residences. If you do not see your residence on the list, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to make arrangements for delivery.
Yes, not a problem. You can place your order as long as you know your bed size for the room you will be in. You can contact us with the information once you receive it, or we will contact the school prior to delivery to confirm your room number.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund the purchase price, less a $50.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
If your order has shipped, or if you have already received your order, we will work with you to have the order returned to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will inspect all products once returned. Only products which have been unopened and unused will be eligible for a refund. If everything checks out, we will refund the purchase price, less a $50.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
If you encounter a declined payment, please double check that you have entered in all your information correctly. In most cases, it is usually just one number out of place. If that does not solve the issue, please contact your credit card company to determine why the payment was declined.
Please refer to the laundry instructions on all items. Most are machine wash and dryable. We recommend cold or warm water washing and a low dryer setting. To avoid the most wrinkles, remake bed immediately after removing from the dryer. Sheet sets and covers can be ironed or steamed on a low setting.
While all cotton products can shrink, most of our items have been pre-washed during the manufacturing process, limiting shrinkage to 2-3% (if any), as long as all washing instructions have been followed.
