By placing an order with Residence Linens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
Products
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information displayed on this website are accurate. Such information is subject to change without prior notice.
We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible, however actual product colour may vary slightly from images due to differences in screen settings and screen resolution.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information is complete, current, reliable, error-free, or free from omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Order Placement
All products and orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right:
- To refuse any order without giving reason.
- To limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
- In the event of product shortages or unavailability, to substitute comparable products of equal or higher quality. Residence Linens will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any such substitutions.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice.
All purchases will be subject to sales tax based on the applicable provincial sales tax rate for the location to which the order is being shipped.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship products only to locations within Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Title and risk of loss for purchased products passes to you, the customer, when products have been delivered. Delivery prior to move-in dates is not guaranteed, even if move-in dates have been provided ahead of time.
Residence Linens at times uses third-party carriers for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Cancellations and Returns
To request an order cancellation or return, please email us at customerservice@residencelinens.com, and provide your original order number along with details of your request.
If your order has not yet shipped:
- We will refund the purchase price, less a $25.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
If your order has already shipped, or if you have already received your order:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us no later than five (5) days after you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us within thirty (30) days after you receive your order.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any other associated costs.
- Items will be inspected upon return; only products that are in their original packaging, unopened and unused, will be eligible for a refund.
- If everything checks out, we will refund the purchase price, less a $50.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
For incorrect, missing, or damaged items in your order:
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us no later than five (5) after you receive your order.
- Send photos and a description of the issue to customerservice@residencelinens.com.
Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products available through this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event will Residence Linens be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or our website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Changes to Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
