To help keep your linens in their best condition, we recommend the following:
- Follow all care instructions provided on product packaging.
- Generally, products are machine washable and dryable.
- Wash products separately from other items.
- Wash in cold or warm water; avoid hot water.
- Use mild detergents.
- Avoid brighteners and bleach.
- Use a lower-temperature dryer setting.
- To minimize wrinkles, remake bed immediately after removing products from the dryer.
- Sheet sets and duvet covers can be ironed or steamed on a low setting.
- Store products in a cool, dry environment.
Residence Linens has arrangements in place with many schools and residences to have products delivered directly to your school before you arrive.
Schools will have your order delivered to your residence room, or provide it to you when you pick up your room key.
Shipping Charges
- For locations in Ontario and Quebec, a flat, discounted rate of $20.00 will be added to each order.
- For locations in all other provinces and territories, a flat, discounted rate of $35.00 will be added to each order.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund the purchase price, less a $50.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
If your order has shipped, or if you have already received your order, we will work with you to have the order returned to us.
- Responsibility for the return shipping costs and any other associated costs will be the purchaser.
- Please contact customer service to get return shipping address.
- Only products which have been unopened and unused will be eligible for a refund.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after delivery to the customer to be eligible for a refund.
- If everything checks out, we will refund the purchase price, less a $50.00 administrative fee, to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the items are received back for the refund to be processed.
